WHAT WE DO
 

With arguably the largest infrastructure to cater for consolidations into Zimbabwe and Zambia, PRO-CON prides itself on the level of service it offers to its clients. With full depot facilities in sub-Saharan Africa, PRO-CON offers a door to door delivery service at competitive rates. We are however also a major provider of vehicles to carry full load cargo up to a maximum of 34t into the region. PRO-CON has been a major player in the movement of aid cargo by road over many years. We are also the preferred haulier for various Blue Chip companies listed on the JSE and in some instances this relationship has endured for over 10 years.

PRO-CON offers full warehousing and bond facilities to their clients. A recently refurbished 25t Forklift ensures that empty or loaded 20 and 40 foot (6 and 12 meter) containers are repositioned with ease. PRO-CON offers in-house clearing to their clients and all SAD500 and SADC certificates can be processed in-house. Our Durban office handles various import / export cargo through Durban harbour and has very good relationships with the shipping lines. Having one of the largest operations at Beitbridge, our border staff ensures the expeditious movement of cargo through the busiest border in Africa.

 

 

All documentation for export is generated on our own in-house IT program called OPSYS. Opsys forms the basis of all information generated in our company. Clients have access to this system from anywhere in the world as it is internet based and offers online tracking.

The majority of our vehicles are fitted with a satellite  tracking system called Global Track. This Gives PRO-CON the ability to constantly monitor the position of any vehicle in the region, should this be a requirement.

We focus mainly on the following routes: from most locations in South Africa to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Botswana and the DRC. We also offer logistics services to other areas if required by the client.
